Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NjordCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Description of Service

NjordCV provides an AI-powered interview optimization platform, including CV building and optimization, ATS analysis, cover letter generation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and AI professional headshot generation. Features vary by subscription plan.

Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of NjordCV. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

AI-Generated Content

NjordCV's AI tools rewrite and optimize content based on information you provide. The AI does not invent experience, qualifications, or achievements. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit and all content generated on your behalf.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. NjordCV makes no guarantees regarding interview outcomes or employment results.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NjordCV to submit false or misleading information, impersonate other individuals, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. You may not use the platform to generate content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, or harmful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods.

Intellectual Property

NjordCV and its underlying technology are owned by NjordCV Ltd. The CV content you create remains your intellectual property. By using the platform, you grant NjordCV a limited license to process your content for the purpose of delivering the service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the NjordCV platform without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of NjordCV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NjordCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NjordCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
